No bake cake

Breakfast @ 7:45am
  • Bagel with ham and Philadelphia
Snack @ 11:30am
  • Wholemeal pitta filled with a slice of Edam cheese and a slice of ham.
Lunch @ 1:45pm
  • Sandwich with chicken, lettuce and tomato.
  • A couple of cherry tomatoes.
  • A president Brie portion.
  • A Muller light strawberry yoghurt.
  • An apple.
Dinner @ 6:30pm
  • The left over ricotta and spinach filled pasta shells.
  • Some pieces of no bake chocolate cake.
Swan another 20 lengths of Jesus Green pool today.

Late Lunch after a Swim

Breakfast @ 8:15am
  • Bagel with ham and Philadelphia
Snack @ 10:30am
  • Banana
Lunch @ 2:30pm
  • One pastrami, tomato and lettuce sandwich.
  • Three cherry tomatoes and a couple of mini scotch eggs.
  • An apple and another banana.
Dinner @ 7pm
  • Large pasta shells, some filled with bolognese sauce and some filled with ricotta cheese and spinach.
  • The last slice of M's famous banoffee pie.

Swam 20 lengths of Jesus Green Pool.

Bacon and Egg Breakfast. Yum.

Breakfast @ 8:45am
  • Two slices of bacon, two fried eggs and a couple of slices of bread, washed down with coffee.
Lunch @ 1pm
  • Same as yesterday, but with some added cheese. We also had a couple of slices of baguette with the pesto from yesterday, one with cheese the other with chicken.
Tea @ 4pm
  • Cup of tea with a couple of chocolate biscuits.
Dinner @ 7:30pm
  • Barbequed steak, jacket potatoes, with some stir fried snow peas, carrots and spring onions.
Exercise.
  • Spent almost all day in the garden, including a hour of walking while mowinf the lawn.

Home Made Pesto

Breakfast @ 8:30am
  • Too many slices of toast while making the kids breakfast. Probably about six in all.
Lunch @ 2pm
  • Two baguette sandwiches of chiken, bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayonaise.
Dinner @ 7:30pm
  • Pasta with home made pesto.
Tea @ 9:30pm
  • Too many Choco Leibniz biscuits, half a packet.

Left Overs With Beer

Breakfast @ 7:45am
  • Three slices of toast with pastrami.
Lunch @ 1:30pm
  • Two sandwiches, one with cheese and ham, the other with a chicken and bacon filler.
  • A packet of Quavers.
Dinner @ 7pm
  • Left over pasta bake with some added sausages, washed down with a shared bottle of Hoegaarden wheat beer.
Exercise @ Lunch
  • 5 mins warm up on tread mill.
  • 5K row. Time 21:05.5
  • 15 mins on the bike.

  • Bagel with ham, Philadelphia and sliced tomato.
Snack @ 10am
  • Apple
Lunch @ 1:30pm
  • Cheese and ham sandwich on brown bread.
  • Four cherry tomatoes.
  • A bag of quavers
  • An apple.
Dinner @ 6:30pm
  • Pasta bake with some of the bolognese mince left over from the other night.
  • Some coffee ice cream.
Exercise @ Lunch
  • 5 mins treadmill warmup
  • 5K row. time: 22:10.9
  • 5 mins treadmill cooldown
  • 40 crunches.

  • Bagel with ham tomato and a very light amount of Philadelphia.
Snack @ 10:30am
  • Banana
Lunch @ 1:10pm
  • Two bread rolls filled with Tuna Crunch
  • Four cherry tomatoes
  • A packet of quavers
  • An apple.
Dinner @ 6:30pm
  • A Ken Hom Singapore Curry Sauce with chicken, peppers, snow peas and spring onions.
  • Some Choco Leibniz biscuits. (too many)
Exercise @ Lunch Time
  • 5 min warm up on treadmill
  • 5K row on Concept2. time 23:30
  • 5 min cool down on treadmill

  • Brown bread sandwich filled with Tuna Crunch.
  • A packet of quavers
  • Two mini scotch eggs and a Babybel cheese.
  • An apple.
Dinner @ 7pm
  • M's home made spaghetti bolognese, yum.
  • One of the small chocolate tarts that were made at the weekend.
Tea @ 9:45pm
  • Cup of tea with some(5) dark chocolate Choco Leibniz biscuits.
Exercise @ lunch time
  • 5 min warm up on treadmill
  • 5K row on the C2. time 24:12
  • 5 min cool down on treadmill
  • 60 crunches

  • A cup of coffee and a biscuit at the hairdressers
Lunch @ 12:05pm
  • Two bread rolls, one with tuna crunch the other with cheese and tomato.
  • Two mini scotch eggs
  • A babybel cheese
  • An apple and banana
  • A packet of quavers.
Dinner @ 7:15
  • An M&S chicken fillet ready meal with some new potatoes, carrots, peas and brocolli.
Exercise:
  1. 5 min warm up.
  2. 2K on the C2 rowing machine.
  3. 20 mins on the eliptical crosstrainer
  4. 3K on the C2 rowing machine.
  5. 10 mins on the bike cool down.
It took me 9 minutes for the 2K row! Wow I have got unfit.

Pasta, Salmon, Chilli

  • English Muffin with ham and Philadelphia.
Lunch @ 12:15pm
  • Two bread rolls, one with Tesco's Tuna Crunch, the other with cold beef and a slice of edam cheese.
  • A packet of Walkers Quavers.
  • Five cherry tomatoes.
  • A single portion of Presidents Brie.
  • A Banana.
Dinner @ 6:45pm
  • Pasta with grilled salmon and a tomato based sauce. M. also stirred through a chopped chilli which added a bit of warmth.

  • Two slices of toast, one with ham and philadelphia and one with damson jam.
Lunch @ 1:30pm
  • Two sandwiches with home made tuna and sweetcorn filler. M. secret is a little balsamic vinegar.
Dinner @ 6:30pm
  • Spaghetti bolognese with garlic bread.
  • A Tunnock chocolate bar with a cup of tea later.
