Breakfast @ 9am
- A cup of coffee and a biscuit at the hairdressers
Lunch @ 12:05pm
- Two bread rolls, one with tuna crunch the other with cheese and tomato.
- Two mini scotch eggs
- A babybel cheese
- An apple and banana
- A packet of quavers.
Dinner @ 7:15
- An M&S chicken fillet ready meal with some new potatoes, carrots, peas and brocolli.
Exercise:
- 5 min warm up.
- 2K on the C2 rowing machine.
- 20 mins on the eliptical crosstrainer
- 3K on the C2 rowing machine.
- 10 mins on the bike cool down.
It took me 9 minutes for the 2K row! Wow I have got unfit.
