One of our current favourite dinners tonight.
Breakfast @ 7:45am
- Bagel with ham tomato and a very light amount of Philadelphia.
- Banana
- Two bread rolls filled with Tuna Crunch
- Four cherry tomatoes
- A packet of quavers
- An apple.
- A Ken Hom Singapore Curry Sauce with chicken, peppers, snow peas and spring onions.
- Some Choco Leibniz biscuits. (too many)
- 5 min warm up on treadmill
- 5K row on Concept2. time 23:30
- 5 min cool down on treadmill
