One of our current favourite dinners tonight.

Breakfast @ 7:45am
  • Bagel with ham tomato and a very light amount of Philadelphia.
Snack @ 10:30am
  • Banana
Lunch @ 1:10pm
  • Two bread rolls filled with Tuna Crunch
  • Four cherry tomatoes
  • A packet of quavers
  • An apple.
Dinner @ 6:30pm
  • A Ken Hom Singapore Curry Sauce with chicken, peppers, snow peas and spring onions.
  • Some Choco Leibniz biscuits. (too many)
Exercise @ Lunch Time
  • 5 min warm up on treadmill
  • 5K row on Concept2. time 23:30
  • 5 min cool down on treadmill
