Recording my food intake with the goal of reducing the amount I eat. I guess you could call it the guilt diet.

Some exercise

Breakfast @ 9am
  • A cup of coffee and a biscuit at the hairdressers
Lunch @ 12:05pm
  • Two bread rolls, one with tuna crunch the other with cheese and tomato.
  • Two mini scotch eggs
  • A babybel cheese
  • An apple and banana
  • A packet of quavers.
Dinner @ 7:15
  • An M&S chicken fillet ready meal with some new potatoes, carrots, peas and brocolli.
Exercise:
  1. 5 min warm up.
  2. 2K on the C2 rowing machine.
  3. 20 mins on the eliptical crosstrainer
  4. 3K on the C2 rowing machine.
  5. 10 mins on the bike cool down.
It took me 9 minutes for the 2K row! Wow I have got unfit.
