A Normal Day

Breakfast @ 8:00am
  • English muffin with sliced tomato, philadelphia and slices of cold beef.
Lunch @ 12:15pm
  • One sandwich with beef and cheese.
  • Quavers
  • Babybel
  • Mini sausages
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Banana
  • Apple
Dinner @ 6:30pm
  • Tagliatellie + meatballs
