Recording my food intake with the goal of reducing the amount I eat. I guess you could call it the guilt diet.

Bacon and Egg Breakfast. Yum.

Breakfast @ 8:45am
  • Two slices of bacon, two fried eggs and a couple of slices of bread, washed down with coffee.
Lunch @ 1pm
  • Same as yesterday, but with some added cheese. We also had a couple of slices of baguette with the pesto from yesterday, one with cheese the other with chicken.
Tea @ 4pm
  • Cup of tea with a couple of chocolate biscuits.
Dinner @ 7:30pm
  • Barbequed steak, jacket potatoes, with some stir fried snow peas, carrots and spring onions.
Exercise.
  • Spent almost all day in the garden, including a hour of walking while mowinf the lawn.
