Not A Good Day

Breakfast @ 7:45am
  • Bagel with tomato, cheese and salami.
Lunch @
  • Ate out at Teri-Aki again. Started with Ebi Kushiyaki and a main course of Gyu Yaki Soba. All washed down with a couple of pints of Kirin.
Afternoon Snacks
  • Twix, Toffee Crisp and a Mr Kipling slice.
Dinner @
  • Reheated chicken lasagne from a couple of nights ago. Also some chicken casserole with potato and leek.
