Just a normal day

Breakfast @ 7:45am
  • English muffin with cream cheese and ham
Lunch @ 12:15pm
  • Two bread rolls, one with beef and cheese the other with tuna crunch.
  • A bag of quavers
  • Three cherry tomatoes
  • A Babybell Lite cheese thing.
Dinner @ 8pm
  • Take away curry from Nasreen Dar Supermarket. Included Chicken Balti, Chicken Tikka and Chickem Saag with some rice and a small naan.
  • Another slice of the lemon and almond torte from yesterday.
