Chicken Lasagne With Pesto Spinnach And Ricotta

Breakfast @ 7:45am
  • Bagel with ham and cheese (real cheese because we have run out of philadelphia!)
Lunch @ 12:15pm
  • One sandwich with tuna and mayo filler.
  • The usual bag of quavers
  • A babybell
  • A couple of mini scotch eggs
  • An apple.
Dinner @ 6:30pm
