Home made blackberry and apple pie

Breakfast @ 8am
  • Slice of toast with butter and an english muffin with ham and Philadelphia.
Lunch @
  • A bag of Quavers
  • Two sandwiches, one ham and tomato the other danish salami and tomato
  • One dairylea TriBite
Dinner @
  • The left over goulash from sunday with mash and broccoli.
  • Home made blackberry and apple pie with custard.
Late Night Snack @ 9:15pm
  • The last piece of plum and almond tart.
