Pancake Day

Breakfast @ 7:45am
  • English muffin with Philadelphia and Ham
Lunch @ 12:15pm
  • Two cheesy bread rolls, one with a slice of beef, the other with chicken.
  • A bag of Walkers Quavers.
  • Three cherry tomatoes.
  • One individual portion of President Brie.
Snack @ 2pm
  • One apple
Dinner @ 6:45pm
  • Too many pancakes with sugar, lemon juice and maple syrup
