Goulash for lunch

Breakfast @ 8am
  • Four slices of toast with marmalade.
Lunch @ 2pm
  • A beef goulash from a Gary Rhodes recipe.
  • Some small chocolate sponge puddings from a Waitrose recipe card.
Afternoon Tea @ 5pm
  • Small pieces of plum tart and Lemon torte.
