Bagels

Breakfast @ 8am
  • One bagel with Philadelphia and ham. Probably a little heavy on the the Philadelphia.
  • One cup of tea.
Lunch @ 12:30pm
  • One ham and cheese sandwich.
  • One packet of quavers.
  • A little individual portion of brie cheese.
Dinner @ 8pm
  • Salmon Risotto
  • Two Marks & Spencer chocolate 'mini bites'
