Recording my food intake with the goal of reducing the amount I eat. I guess you could call it the guilt diet.

Ideal weight

At about 240lbs and 6'3" tall I am far from my ideal weight of between 160-200lbs. My big problem is that I eat too much and quite a lot of the wrong types of food. This latter problem is not helped by the fact that I have free access to chocolate bars and soda at work.

So as a way to get closer to my ideal I am going to record my intake of food on this blog which will hopefully provide me with some motivation to eat less.
