...And Today We Did Have A Take Away

Breakfast @ 7:50
  • The usual bagel, Philadelphia and ham.
Lunch @ 12:15
  • Two sandwiches. One with a Tesco cheese and bacon filler, the second with a chicken and dairylea cheese slices.
  • A couple of cherry tomatoes.
  • The Walkers Quavers are back again :-) so I had a bag of them.
Dinner @ 8pm
  • Chinese take away. Beef with black bean oyster sauce, egg fried rice and some prawn toast.
  • A few glasses of red wine.
Between lunch and dinner I went to the local pub and had some pints of Guiness in celebration St. Patricks day.
