I Feel Like Chicken Tonight

Breakfast @ 8am
  • English muffin with ham and philadelphia.
Lunch @ 12:40pm
  • Sandwich with a chicken and bacon filler from Tescos.
  • Four cherry tomatoes
  • A Babybel
  • Five mini sausages
  • Packet of Quavers.
Dinner @ 6:45pm
  • Chicken with a Knorr 'Chicken Tonight' sauce with couscous.
  • Three ginger nut biscuits later with a cup of tea.
